Color Test Program

Color Test Program is a purist, analog short film that takes a humorous look at Austrian television history.
An ORF (Austrian national public broadcaster) interview recorded in 1969 about the ongoing switch to color television was ironically filmed on black and white film. Through hand coloring, the colors slowly appear in the background, react to what is said and finally develop a life of their own. (production note)
