Natalia del Mar Kašik

Works primarily with analog film, blending narrative and experimental elements. Developing her films through close collaboration with the subjects she portrays and foregrounding kinship, she aims to explore the possibilities of the female gaze, as well as to challenge the viewers‘ expectation of it. She attended the independent film and the artistic photography class at the Friedl Kubelka School and studies video and video installation at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna.
